My latest traditional offset smoker is emerging from my shop after countless hours of fabrication. This cooker has a several features including roller bushings on all of its hinges. Safty door catches, roller bushing handles, a fixed perforated baffel plate and 2 temperature gauges. It's firebox is made from 1/4" plate steel and features a semi-insulated floor to keep heat at bay and help reduce the amount of wood consumption over long cooks. This 330gal unit comes on a tandom axle trailer or may be detached for a fixed location. It features bouble racks and a removable stack for cleaning and maintenance along with a 1"1/2 ball valve for easy wash out.
