AR Center offers youth ages 0 - 15 years fun group classes that focus on balance, agility, coordination through instilling respect, hard work and dedication. Classes use the fundamentals of Tumbling, Ninja, and Obstacle/Agility Courses throughout all their classes.

At Adventure Recreation Open Gym, your child can:

✨ MEET COACH ANDREA ✨

You may see Coach Andrea around Adventure Recreation teaching all kinds of classes, but she has a special place in her heart for our littlest athletes. ❤️

Coach Andrea specializes in our morning preschool classes, where gymnastics is about so much more than learning a forward roll or walking across a beam.

For preschoolers, our classes are a chance to practice:

🤸 Body awareness & coordination
👂 Listening & following directions
🧠 Problem-solving
⏳ Taking turns & patience
💪 Strength & physical fitness
⭐ Confidence & independence
🤝 Learning how to participate in a group

And perhaps most importantly… learning that trying something hard can be FUN!

We don't expect every child to be the best gymnast in the room. We want them to learn to challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and leave thinking:

“I couldn't do that before… but I can now!”

As we head into fall, gymnastics and ninja are also a fantastic way to keep kids active when the weather gets cooler, rainy, and less conducive to outdoor play. ☔️

And unlike a traditional team sport, there's no pressure to compete against another child.

The goal is simple: be a little stronger, a little braver, and a little more confident than you were last week.

That's what we mean when we say we teach more than gymnastics.

Teen Tumble Tuesdays 5:30-6:30.
Join us weekly to advance tumble skills for cheer, dance, gymnastics or just for fun. Coach Ella will give great feedback and drills to practice to reach your goals. Great for beginners through advanced athletes.

Storage has been moved!!! A full 2 weeks of construction, and a few days of moving and here is the final product. Now the fun part, installing the new ninja rig and obstacles. I’ll show off those next, stay tuned. Now it’s time for a shower and rest my sore muscles. New class schedule starts Monday!

Nine little Busy Bees are spreading their wings! 🐝💛

This year we’ve had the honor of watching nine incredible little learners grow in confidence, kindness, independence, and friendships. While we’re going to miss them so much, we’re also so proud as they head off to TK and Kindergarten for their next big adventure!

Their graduation means something exciting for new families...

✨ We have a few openings in our Busy Bee Drop-Off Program beginning Friday, August 14th (9:00–11:30 AM).

Designed for children ages 2½–4, Busy Bees is so much more than playtime. Through songs, movement, gymnastics, creative activities, and hands-on learning, we help little ones build communication skills, kindness, confidence, independence, and school readiness—all while having an amazing time.

Watching these little bees grow has been one of our greatest joys, and we can’t wait to welcome the next group of smiling faces into our Busy Bee family! 💛
