Yesterday was a loooong day. Truck broke down 3 hours out of town. Thankfully we made it back. Got the part and fixed it, had 2 other vehicles that the AC was out, then had to smoke 2 butts, 2 flats, and a bologna roll for another friend for today. Killer Hogs BBQ Hardcore Carnivore® and ThreeLittlePigsBBQRubs were used and enjoyed (by me since the Cook always gets the first bite....lol).
The Traeger Grills did really good until late, then the heat quit. Not sure why..... Something to fix Monday.
Got to bed REALLY late, but everything was accomplished. Thanks Jon Bulldawg Willhite for the help and Kathy Johnson I hope you and your family enjoy the foods and have a fun day.

Took a random drive to Springfield, MO yesterday for no reason at all. Minus breaking down after I left Bass Pro Shops, the trip was pretty nice. Not sure what happened, but the truck decided to start again (thank you, Lord) and I made it back home. A pretty stressful 2 hour drive. After getting home, a couple beers and watching a frog eat June Bugs helped me unwind a bit.

Yesterday was a good day (considering the circumstances). A Celebration Of Life was had for a great, wonderful, nice lady that we all enjoyed over the years. A lot of people, lot of laughs, a bunch of food and a lot of stories were had between everybody.
