There have been quite a few new faces around here lately, so I figured it was probably time to introduce myself again.
I’m Aaron, the photographer behind Vinci Snaps.
Most of my time behind the camera is spent exploring Arkansas, especially around the Buffalo River and the Ozarks. A lot of these adventures are shared with my kiddos, my girlfriend, and my dog. What starts as a photography trip usually turns into another memory along the way.
Astrophotography is where I’ve really found my place. There’s something about standing under a truly dark sky that puts everything into perspective. Looking up and realizing you’re just a tiny grain of sand along an endless beach has a way of making everything else feel a little smaller too. Capturing even a piece of that feeling is a big part of why I keep going back out.
Vinci Snaps recently crossed 500 followers, and it’s been pretty awesome seeing how many new people have found and shared my work lately. Every share, comment, and follow genuinely means a lot.
I don’t post just for the sake of posting. I try to share what I’m actually out exploring and photographing. Sometimes you’ll hear from me a lot, and sometimes I’m just waiting for the next adventure.
