The family-friendly event features thrill and family rides provided by Brinkley Entertainment, Inc., music concerts, live action shows, a petting zoo, tractor and lawn mower pulls, competitive exhibits, interactive educational exhibits, SkillsUSA competitions, farm equipment demonstrations, contests, games, food, fun and much more – all amid the natural charm of Franklin County! Get ready for the power, excitement, and roaring engines as the Virginia's Southwestern Antique Tractor Association Tractor Pull returns to the 2026 Franklin County Agricultural Fair!

Watch antique tractors put their horsepower to the test as competitors battle it out on the track in one of the fair's favorite traditions. Whether you're a longtime fan or experiencing a tractor pull for the first time, it's an event you won't want to miss!

🎟️ Best of all, the Tractor Pull is included with your fair admission!

🥇 Could YOUR homegrown produce, homemade jam, handcrafted quilt, or creative project earn a Blue Ribbon at the 2026 Franklin County Agricultural Fair?

Now is the perfect time to start planning your entries for the Virginia Cooperative Extension Competitive Exhibits!

Whether you enjoy gardening, baking, canning, quilting, photography, crafts, or other hobbies, the Competitive Exhibits showcase the incredible talents of our community. Best of all, there is no fee to enter, and participants may enter multiple categories (one entry per class). The top three entries in each class receive ribbons!

🌽 Start planting your prize-winning vegetables.
🍓 Perfect your favorite jams and baked goods.
🧵 Finish that quilt or craft project.
📸 Capture your best photographs.

All 2026 entries/exhibits will be accepted Monday, August 31st from 2 pm – 8 pm. Entries will be judged on Tuesday, September 1st, and displayed at the fair, September 2-5. There is no fee to enter Competitive Exhibits. Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries in a category but only one entry per class. Please see the Entry Form and Rules. The top three winners in each class will be awarded ribbons. All divisions, categories, and classes are listed below.
