Cast List for the TAPPS One Act Play: Back Cover

I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who auditioned. We had an incredible turnout, and your enthusiasm, effort, and talent made the casting process both exciting and very challenging. Every audition reflected hard work and dedication, and I am so proud of the courage each of you showed in sharing your gifts with us.

Casting this production was not an easy task, as there were many strong performances and limited roles to fill. Please know that every student who auditioned contributes something valuable to our theatre program, and we look forward to seeing each of you continue to grow as performers and artists throughout the year.

Additional information regarding the production will be shared during the parent meeting Monday evening at 5:30 PM in the theatre lab. For now, please take time to rest and enjoy your well-deserved weekend — you’ve earned it!

Students, as always rejoice in your youth but don’t cheapen your future.

Meet the amazing team of theatre professionals joining us for The Rhythm of Theatre! From acting and choreography to mock auditions and performance tips, these talented educators are ready to inspire, encourage, and challenge every student who walks through the door.

Every great adventure begins with meeting someone new—and who knows? One workshop, one conversation, or one piece of advice could be the start of your next big adventure.
Take a look at this year’s presenters, and get ready for a day that’s practically bursting with heart (and maybe just a little marmalade).

Check your emails! The Rhythm of Theatre is a one-day theatrical adventure filled with interactive workshops, mock auditions, and exciting door prizes! Join us on July 27th from 8:30 AM–3:30 PM as theatre directors and industry professionals from across the area share their expertise through engaging sessions designed to help students grow as performers.

Participants will explore a variety of acting, movement, and audition techniques while receiving valuable feedback during mock auditions from our guest panel. Along the way, students will have opportunities to win fantastic door prizes and connect with fellow theatre enthusiasts. Food will be provided!

Whether you’re a seasoned performer or stepping into the spotlight for the first time, you’ll quickly discover that you’re “One of Us” in the theatre community. If auditions make you nervous, remember that “It’s Never Too Late” to learn new skills and grow in confidence. Throughout the day, you’ll find your own theatrical “Marmalade”—those sweet moments of creativity, friendship, and fun that make theatre so special.

As you move from workshop to workshop, you may feel like “The Explorer and the Bear,” venturing into new territory and discovering talents you never knew you had. By the end of the day, you’ll be able to say “I’ve Arrived” with newfound confidence in your abilities. And when challenges arise, don’t worry—we’ll help you develop the focus of a Paddington-style “Hard Stare” and the determination to be “Unstoppable.”

Most importantly, theatre is all about finding the rhythm that connects us. If you’ve ever felt like you were searching for a “Missing Beat,” this day is designed to help you find it. And just as Paddington carried a tag that read, “Please look after this bear,” our theatre community is built on encouragement, kindness, and looking after one another as we learn, grow, and create together.

Parents please fill out and RSVP your student by July 21st to reserve your spot. We can’t wait to welcome you for a day full of creativity, community, and theatrical discovery at The Rhythm of Theatre!

The adventures were over. From Orange to YOPP, it was an amazing 25/26 season! To our Eagle Theatre newly graduated alumni, thank you for all you have done for this department! We will miss you dearly! To the current and future Eagle Theatre students, get some rest because the 26/27 season will be here before you know it. To everyone, have an amazing summer and as always rejoice in your youth, but don’t cheapen your future.
