A closer look at the details. ✨

From the statement sweetheart table to the floral arrangements, shimmering textures, candlelight, and beautifully layered tablescapes, this design was all about creating dimension, warmth, and a little bit of drama.

And those colors? Terracotta, emerald green, and gold were definitely made for each other. ✨

But beyond the décor, the day was filled with beautiful moments, meaningful connections, and memories that made the celebration truly unforgettable.🧡

What began as an ordinary room became a place filled with wonder, worship, and God’s truth.

Every backdrop, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to support the mission of Vacation Bible School: creating an environment where children could dive deeper into their faith and discover the treasures found in Christ.

Watching the children step into the room, lift their hands in worship, and experience it all reminded us that the décor was never the destination.

It was simply the backdrop for something far greater.

One balloon at a time… the vision started coming to life. 🎈🌊

This is the part most people never see.

Hours of inflating, clustering, lifting, adjusting, and trusting the process—until every balloon garland became part of something much bigger.

It wasn’t just about creating beautiful balloon installations.

It was about creating an environment that would welcome children into an unforgettable VBS experience.

When we got the call to bring this year’s VBS theme, “Under the Sea: Diving Deeper & Finding Treasures,” to life, we knew this would be more than just another setup.

Before the balloons… before the backdrops… before the final reveal… there was preparation, planning, and a whole lot of hard work.
