'Stay Colorful' is a promise Jonathan the Painter made to his Dad before he passed away from Cancer. 18 Years ago he picked up his brush to keep our family positive, and he hasn't put it down since.

Racism cannot be allowed to continue running unchecked through the corridors of our collective democracy. While the seeds of change are sown in great moments of adversity, it is our responsibility to nurture these ideals so what we plant in tears today, we can share in joy tomorrow. George Floyd Matters. His Family Matters. Black Lives Matter. If we don’t acknowledge that racism was and is part of the mixture of mortar that was laid for the very stones of this great nation we cannot begin to repair its sacred halls. We are a nation that can break. We are also a nation that can heal. 400 years ago, babies born into slavery were property of their owners. Racism didn’t always exist. We created it. And we can end it. Let’s be better. To each other, and to ourselves. And for my Black and Brown brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, friends and family across this country. I am sorry. I am listening. And I will do everything I can to help nurture these seeds of discontent and mistreatment into a brighter future for our children. With Love and Respect. Rest in paradise George Floyd 🙏
