Show hours are Saturday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Early check-in and setup on Friday will run from 2:00 PM–5:00 PM. During this time, we recommend only preparing your area with backdrops, banners, shelves, table covers, etc., as there will be no overnight security on Friday night.
Regular check-in and setup will begin as early as 7:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.
Vendor load-in will take place on the WEST side (back) of the EXPO HALL. We will have a check-in station located near the vendor entrance where you can pick up your envelope containing badges and other vendor information.
Vendor parking will be available on the NORTH and WEST sides of the EXPO HALL, as labeled on the event map.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase onsite.
Multiple ATMs will also be available onsite.
For event security, uniformed and undercover security personnel will be walking the show floor, and security cameras will be in operation throughout the venue. Overnight security will be provided on Saturday night.
For personal security, we strongly recommend using locking display cases. We will have Zion cases available to rent for $40 for the weekend. Please reach out before the show to reserve yours.
