Actors' Mission The non-profit community theater of Rock Springs, Wyoming. www.actorsmission.org All performances are funded by grants from Sweetwater B.O.C.E.S.

Founded in 2002 by Geoff Petersen and Sharon Dolan, Actors' Mission is dedicated to open auditions and provides opportunities for the community to participate in theatrical experiences and to enjoy a diverse range of stage genres. Actors' Mission has never charged admission for any performance and provides a free meal before each show. and The Wyoming Arts Council and by patron donations. Actors'

Each first read-through is unique, but this was one for the books. Our first read-through of “Moonlight and Magnolias” was a cross-country affair between AM and the Blue Sky Restaurant in Amherst, Ohio. Both dinner and the performances were wonderful!

We're proud to announce the talented cast and directing team for our 2026-27 season opener, "Moonlight and Magnolias." It will run this October; keep an eye out for more information on this Hollywood comedy.

Aaron Volner will reprise his role of David O. Selznick from our 2010 production, Caleb Michael Smith will play Ben Hecht, Blain Myers will play Victor Fleming, and Lydia Gomez will play Miss Poppenghul. Roy O. Hansen Jr. will direct, assisted by Deb Jensen and Heather E. Pristash.
