Reminder - Sat Feb 3 (tomorrow) 9am to 6pm is the Valentine's Day card class at the Holiday Inn Grand Ballroom here in Rock Springs WY. Open House style. Drop by whenever you wish. Depending on the card and your skill level, it takes about 5 to 15 minutes per card to assemble. Pay for only the cards you want to make. Make multiples of any design. But supplies are limited, so don't wait too long in the day. Prices go from $2 to $3.50 each, depending on the design, and includes an envelope. I will have many stamps you can choose from to customize your greeting. All supplies are included. But I do recommend bringing your own craft adhesive if you have some in your stash, in case there are lots of people at once. Also, I will be bringing many craft dies (like cookie cutters for paper), so bring your own paper and cut out some fun projects to take home!

Well, it's the end of an era, folks. Due to a contract oversight between JoAnn's and the White Mountain Mall, I will no longer be able to sell at my current location. So, after some consideration, I have decided to get out of the craft business. I've been really overwhelmed and burned out the past few months and I am ready to be done. It's been over 20 years in one form or another. Though there may be some kind of story about this contract thing, I see this as a divine intervention and I am happy to be done. I will liquidate my inventory as quickly as I can, starting with 50% off everything tomorrow, Saturday July 1, 10am to 3pm. I am located inside the mall, back entrance by Aspen Dental. My store hours have been Thursdays and Saturdays, but I will add a few extra days as well. I haven't decided yet what to do with the dies. I'm sure I will sell many of them in the long run, but some I will keep for my personal use. If you are interested in them, or any of the shelving, chairs, or tables, let me know.

Time to start posting regularly. Here are a few cards I made recently: The foldout flower petal card is my favorite. I like it so much, I'm going to order a bigger one (a custom craft die), about 5-3/4" when folded.

Easter Cards and Easter Bunny Banner kits at my store. Banner kit is $20 and cards are $2.50 ea (pocket card & bunny card) & $3.00 ea (Basket card). I will be here from 10am to 3pm. Be sure to stop by. Message me if you would like to come in next week and work on them another time. Reminder - store hours are Thursdays 11am to 4pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm. Available other days and times by appointment.

I am starting a new job as a baker at Cowboy Donuts. I will still be having classes and limited hours at my store, Becky’s Craftroom, 2441 Foothill Blvd Ste 1181, The White Mountain Mall. Until I get used to my new job schedule, I am allowing myself some space to figure out my sleep schedule and how to have time with my kids. So, officially, I won’t have regular store hours for at least the next week. Unofficially, I will be in my store in the afternoons between 1pm and 4pm, so I can work on things in the store and do my eBay shipping. Here are the official and unofficial hours in the next week:

Wed March 1 – 10:00am to 4:00pm

Thur March 2 – 11:00 am to 4:30 pm

Fri – nothing official, but I will be in the store in the afternoon. Just call or text me to give me a heads up if you are coming over.

Sat – 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

After I know what it feels like to have baker’s hours and how to get enough sleep, I’ll have a better idea of what store hours to keep. Thanks!!

Valentine's Day Card Class 2023
Next week, Thursday Jan 19, 6pm to 9pm, and Saturday Jan 21, 10am to 4pm I am having Valentine’s Day card classes. I am located in the White Mountain Mall, back entrance by Aspen Dental. Here’s how it works – only pay for what you want to make. Pick one or more cards, make as little or as much of each as you want. You can choose any greeting you want for each card. I have stamped each sample with a greeting, but you can choose your own. I will have a selection of rubber stamps and inks you can use to make your cards. Envelopes are included. It’s Open House style, so come when you like. But please give me a heads up if you plan on coming (especially for the evening class), and how many cards you want to make. While I do make extras, it will help to know how many card kits to prepare. Here is the card selection, both new designs and some returning favorites:

CARD CLASS – You choose the greeting!
Our first class of 2023! Come whip up a stack of cards to send throughout the year. It will be at my store Thur January 5, 6 to 9pm. I am also offering it Sat January 7, 10am to 3pm. White Mountain Mall, rear entrance by Aspen Dental. Stop by any time, but start early to give yourself time to finish before the class is over. How does it work? You only have to pay per card. You can do one or more of any card that you like. You do not have to pay ahead of time, but it would be very helpful if you would let me know which class you are attending, and which cards you are interest in, so that I will have enough ready to go for you.

All the cards can be for any occasion! Just choose a greeting to stamp when you are at class, many to choose from. I selected greetings for each card just to show samples, but you can stamp any greeting you like for each card! All cards come with envelopes. Here are the designs:

Here are the Christmas Card Class selections. You can pay per card. Order as little or as many as you like of each design. Do one card or 50! Cards are in kit form – all the pieces are cut out, all you have to do is assemble them. Class times are : Tue Nov 15, 6 to 9pm. Thur Nov 17, 10am to 5:30pm. Sat Nov 19, 9am to 2pm. Drop by open-house style. Although, please arrive by 7pm for Tuesday's night class Pre-payment is not necessary, but please RSVP so I can be sure to have enough kits on hand when you arrive.
