We are only a week away from our special event at the Hauberg! Come join us...what better way to get into the Halloween spirit than with some Spooky Shakespeare?

Made a couple stops over lunch break to pick up silent auction items for Spooky Shakespeare! Many thanks to our friends at Dead Poet's Espresso Ltd. and Quad City Storm Professional Hockey for their support. Mark your calendars and join us for a fun night of Shakespeare...Halloween style!

Hey, we were there! Thanks to everyone who worked our booth and everyone who stopped by. And, of course, big thanks to the Greater Quad Cities Renaissance Faire for giving us a space!

The Greater Quad Cities Renaissance Festival's final weekend took place at Credit Island Park on October 3 and 4. ⤵️ Find a link to the story in the comments.

ICYMI we have a special fundraising event coming up! Along with a "donate what you can" collection, we will have silent auction items. How many? You'll have to come to the event to find out...but we already know that there will be items from our friends at the Augustana EDGE Center and Quad City Storm Professional Hockey!

You might say that our new board member is a Renaissance man.

Get it? Because he's at the Greater Quad Cities Renaissance Faire?
..anyway, we have a booth at the Ren Faire. And if you stop by, you can be the first to know what next season's schedule will be!

We are still looking for a few more volunteers - especially for Sunday, September 27 and the morning of Sunday, October 4. If you are available, please let us know!

Once more unto the costume house, dear friends, once more!

We are looking for anyone who would be interested in volunteering at our booth in the Ren Faire - handing out flyers about the Guild, optionally performing a monologue or short scene, and generally having a good time. If you volunteer, you also get free admission to the Greater Quad Cities Renaissance Faire! Dates are September 26-27 and October 3-4. Contact us if you are interested!

And we did it!! There are still a few odds and ends to wrap up, but the last major part of our 2026 season is in the books.

Many, many thanks to all the people who make each season a reality - from cast and crew, show directors, our Artistic Committee, volunteers who help set up and take down chairs and equipment, stage manager, costumer, technical director (who ROCKED IT while also starring in 2 of our shows), set designers, donors and foundations...the list is very long. And it's not complete without including YOU, the audience members who come to our shows! You are the reason why we do what we do.

Thanks to everyone involved in a phenomenal 2026 season, and we are looking forward to seeing you back in the park in 2027!

We are in need of volunteers if anyone has some time! Two of us have gotten quite a bit done, but we are close to where we start moving large beams that need at least 4-5 people to help carry.
