My work bestie Stacey. When we hired her, I was prepared to hate her. She was beautiful and new and talented. And I tried. I really tried to hate her. But over our three years together, we've formed a bond that is unbreakable. We laugh together, we cry together, we bitch together, we read trashy books together, but we never JUST work together.  It's very easy to love her, and, as I learned, very hard to hate her.

I've said it before...remote work is hard. And I'm incredibly lucky to be a part of a global team that cares about each other even through the distance.
