Our mission is simple: to provide the highest quality products and service to our customers at the lowest prices possible. SewEndipitous® was born out of a love of remembering . . . a childhood surrounded by sewing, quilting and crafting. It came from those precious memories of our grandmothers, aunts, and my mother Emily Sue; watching these ladies sew, quilt, crochet and knit with love in every stitch for friends and family. I learned many skills young and fostered them as I grew. The joy and the passion for such traditional arts are something one just can't explain – it must be experienced. The truth is these often lost arts, once discovered, are best defined as SewEndipitous® - Where Unexpected Happiness is Found in Every Stitch! Join us at SewEndipitous on September 12th for an Open Sew Day in our Sewing Studio. Bring your sewing machine, your favorite projects, your UFOs, your WIPs, or that project you've been dying to start—and come spend the day sewing with like-minded quilty people!

This isn't a class. There’s no agenda and no pressure to accomplish a certain number of blocks. It’s simply a chance to slow down, sew awhile, make new friends, catch up with old ones, share ideas, find inspiration, and maybe learn a trick or two from the quilter sitting beside you.

Skill Level Required to Register: Beginner or Higher

Course Description: The SewEndipitous® Beginner Series: A Maker’s Quilt of Awakening – is a course designed for the true quilting/sewing beginner. Each class offers a new, progressive skill building technique, fast-tracking your way to quilting. The only pre-requisite for this course is to have a working knowledge of your sewing machine with the ability to troubleshoot it yourself and the ability to sew a simple straight stitch.

This Quilting Series is also attractive for the new(ish) to intermediate beginner quilter who wants to up-level their skills and learn additional techniques.

The course is comprised of 9 total class sessions that will build your confidence level. Each class is a stand-alone session. You may choose to use quality mix-n-match fabric for each class just to learn the technique. However, to truly gain the skills and learn them with precision you may want to consider creating A Maker’s Quilt of Awakening as this will allow for repetition and mastery of the techniques. During each session we will focus on a new skill/block.
