We ate a traditional porchetta sandwich in our dad’s hometown of Celano, Italy, and honestly, regular sandwiches just haven't been the same since. It was pure magic. 🤯✨
We knew we had to bring that exact feeling home, and this summer, we are doing just that!
🤔 What is Porchetta? (pronounced pork-et-ah)
The ultimate Italian street food. It is a savory pork roast slow-cooked for hours with garlic, herbs, citrus and fennel. Thick juicy meat on the inside, shatteringly crispy skin on the outside. 🐖🔥

For us, Bocce has always been the "after-dinner ritual" at every single family gathering. We’re so excited to bring that tradition to the festival for everyone to enjoy.

When we first toyed with the idea of bringing an Italian festival to Rochester for 2026, it was a total no-brainer: we had to plan it around the World Cup Final.

The World Cup is returning to U.S. soil for the first time since 1994, and we’re throwing the ultimate party to celebrate Italy’s favorite sport. We grew up with the sounds of the Italian league echoing through the house every Sunday while the sauce simmered on the stove—and now, we’re bringing that energy to the entire city.

We’re going big: a 16-foot LED screen in the heart of the festival so the whole community can experience every goal and every moment together.
