Behold The Bayonet Special.

A rare and potent combination of wood, steel, powder, magnets. The Combined Arms equivalent of Making. At 1.5 inches thick this bad boy weighs in at a good ten pounds.

Placard is plasma cut steel and powdercoated in chrome and laser etched.

The embedded magnet holds the bayonet securely in place until needed. But if your hand to hand is good enough, you won't.

For emergency use... Flip it on the backside, it doubles as a cheese board in the unlikely event you have cheeses to cut.

3D Printed 120mm M865 TPCSDS-T Penetrator and a baby!

We've been working on 120mm and 105mm Sabots lately. We just finished up the penetrator for the M865 and it fits real sabot pedals from the range!

We couldn't help but scale one down for the Xmas tree! See the last pic.

Also finished the complete 105mm M900 Sabot and Penetrators.. And the M724A2

All our sabot pedals are self supporting with magnets. With the M865 Real pedals can be held on with a 3d printed ring.

Fresh batch of 3D Printed 105mm Sherman Tank Shells.

They haven't been produced in the United States since the 1940's and back then, they couldn't hide a fifth inside! If you have an M2A1 Howitzer, they fit that too.

Fun fact, they put a howitzer on a tank, because it makes them better.

Topped off with a settable M557 fuze, these things are hot. Your choice of superquick or delay.

We worked up a little persistent gas, upping our striping game as well.

A Makersteve Premier! 3D Printed M829A1 APFSDS-T Complete!

This is a full size replica of the M829A1 Sabot Round for your 120mm Cannon. Completely 3D Printed from the Aft Cap to the Penetrator (with a few wooden dowels and magnets for texture).

This thing is massive.. Taller than my yard stick at about 37 inches. As lifelike as we can make it. Includes a complete sabot and penetrator. Sabots are held together with magnets for display.

If you are a tanker with a few miles on you, you'll like it because it's pretty light in comparison to the rounds you remember but still gets the point across.

But wait.. Let's say you have an aft-cap and penetrator and sabots you pilfered from the range but no combustible casing? We have you covered, just ask.

We have a whole like of tank rounds from WW1 to present. And we can design and make anything we dont have.

Made some CNC cut acrylic filled US Flags. The Xcarve has been working over time!

Pretty sure we can make just about any unit patch, emblem or insignia. Coin holders are in the works. We'll be embedding some plasma cut laser work.

Sabots are in! We worked through the 120mm Combustible Casing and these things are hot, like HEAT hot. 3D printed, safe to eat (we think) and no uranium involved.

You have an aft cap, we have a casing and probably a round.

These are designed to perfectly balance a bottle of whiskey on the stem!

3 versions, Display for inert rounds, M829 Sabot or M831A1 HEAT.

Protyping some 3D Printed 120mm M829A1 APFSDS-T and some 40mm Grenades.

This is big! 39 or so inches tall and 4.7 inches wide.

Fun fact: The 120mm APFSDS-T is fired from the 256 main gun from a M1 Abrams family of main battle tanks. When fired all the remains is the aft-cap because the casing (typically brass) is combustible to reduce dunnage. We had to design the casing and the round. Final version will be a WhiskeyStash and hold a 5th of You favorite spirit on the Primer Tube.
