From Laika Studios (Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings), WILDWOOD opens Friday (Oct. 23). Opening week showtimes for the stop-motion animation film are now available!

After her baby brother is abducted by a murder of crows, headstrong teenager Prue McKeel launches a desperate rescue mission into an enchanted forest hidden just beyond Portland, Ore, inhabited by bandits, talking animals and powerful figures driven by grief and ambition.

Some movies transcend past the typical weekly buzz, and become pop culture cornerstones. The kind of film that is a MUST-WATCH, asap, in a movie theater. YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING (Nathan Fielder documentary following the 34 days before Elizabeth Holmes goes to prison) is that type of picture. It screens tonight (Discount Ticket Price Monday) at 6:30pm in our historic Theatre 1. Additional showtimes (extending through next week) will be added today!

Documentary fans, this is your month at The Little!

Our One Take series continues with "The Oldest Person in the World" Wednesday, Oct. 21 and Saturday, Oct. 24. Presented with community partner Oasis Rochester.

"The Oldest Person in the World" is a decade-long odyssey chronicling the ever-changing record holders of the title of oldest person alive. What begins as a portrait of longevity becomes a personal, surprisingly funny meditation on time, fate, and the joy of being alive.

A documentary about an ICON + a live filmmaker Q&A!

BEA ARTHUR: THE DOCUMENTARY screens Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 7pm, followed by an in-person Q&A with producer and director Dan Watt. Tickets now available (and selling quickly)!

🌟 The first feature-length documentary about Bea Arthur — built around a never-before-seen interview with Arthur, sitting at her kitchen table — this screening is one of only six planned in-person showings across the country. Reflecting on the performances that brought her international recognition, while recalling the less familiar experiences that shaped her long before television audiences knew her as Dorothy Zbornak in GOLDEN GIRLS or Maude Findlay in MAUDE, this new film features archival footage and materials, interviews with friends, colleagues, and Arthur herself.

Our birthday is this Saturday (Oct. 17), and while everyone is invited to celebrate with a Little break of movies, music, and art, we have a special FREE screening for Little Members only. THE EYES OF GHANA screens Saturday at 1:45pm and 5pm. If you're a Little Member, reserve your FREE spot either through the link that was emailed to you (if you didn't get this, let us know!), or by calling our business office at 585-258-0400 x0. Members will also get FREE Little Popcorn and FREE cake.

🎟 An extremely limited number of tickets will be available at the door, day-of, due to cancelations. If you do not have a ticket, please feel free to show up in person. We will hand out any available tickets tickets “first-come, first-served,” starting when the doors open (1 hour before show time).

🎞 About THE EYES OF GHANA: Two-time Oscar-winning director Ben Proudfoot follows 93-year-old filmmaker Chris Hesse — the personal cinematographer to African leader Kwame Nkrumah — on a quest to rescue an archive of more than 1,000 films of African independence from the 1950s and ’60s, never before seen by the public. Executive produced by Barack and Michelle Obama.
