All brewers showed up despite a bit of rain in the am.
It's always great to brew & catch up with everyone!

Homebrewers won over $4000 worth of homebrew related prizes from our generous sponsors during the raffle. Congrats!

The 2nd part of our brew day is Big Brew Review July 11th 2-6pm at Cadillac Straits Brewery. Beers brewed Sat will complete for Brewer's choice and Peoples choice medals and prizes.

It's finally here!

MICHIGAN'S LARGEST ALL GRAIN HOMEBREW DAY '26!

SAT MAY 16TH 9am (No early birds please)...
ROCHESTER MILLS BEER CO!

PRO TIPS:
-Cash for $10 registration and raffle
-Sanitized howler/growler for WLP 090 yeast.
-Wheeled cart for hot water transport.
-Hoses and especially splitters for cold water.
-Pop ups?
-Chairs for chillin...
-NO electric outlets...
-Bring your own food/snacks. No grills please....
-Clean brewing gear on grass only. Spent grain in dumpsters on the left, NOT cardboard only dumpster.

Most importantly your fermentables to share with everyone while brewing!

Welcome back to Michigan Wayne.

After a lengthy search, we're delighted to share that we’ve found an exceptional leader and highly accomplished brewer to take over as Head Brewer at hear.say.

Wayne Burns (Burns Family Artisan Ales, Kuhnhenn Brewing, Bell’s Brewery) will join our team on June 1, relocating back to his home state from Denver, Colorado alongside his wife Laura.

YES Rochester Mills Beer Co has water so we are good to brew on Saturday!
We will monitor that all week & keep you all posted!

BRING:
-Sanitized howler/growler if you want WLP090 yeast.
-Hoses and splitters for cold water.
-A hot water wheeled cart.
-NO electric outlets available...
-Clean brewing gear on grass not asphalt!

FOOD:
-Available takeout from RMBC or many other fine establishments near by.

PBT had a great time at Saturday's MHF Winterfest!
Solid homebrews & other fermentables from all the hbc's at Camp Agawam!

We ate smash burgers with bacon jam, hotdogs from a roller cooker, smoked cheese with pork pastrami to name a few clubs selections.
Got our beers smoked by the SNOB's hbc. Sampled some great bourbons and infused moonshine.

Thanks as always to PBT members who helped set up & break down plus the food and drinks you brought to share with everyone!

Special shout out to our event coordinator Marcus Mann! Great job as usual!
And he didn't even yell at anybody... 🤣
The smash burgers he grilled were a huge hit!
