A Touch of Dance A TOUCH OF DANCE is a school of the Performing Arts, established in1978 by it's Artistic Director, Judy L. Cupo-Brondon, President of the Board DANCE ROCHESTER!

The school provides a strong technical foundation in all forms of dance. The various programs offered encourage discipline, creativity, and the respect for the art of dance in a caring motivated environment. While the main emphasis is on strengthening technique in Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz, Hip-hop, and Modern Dance, we feel it is equally important that every student is educ

ated as an individual and leaves every class with an enhanced self-esteem. Each qualified teacher is certified by test to teach through DANCE EDUCATORS OF AMERICA, many years of Dance Education experience, or BA in Dance. They continue their studies under professional dance teachers and choreographers throughout the United States. This always gives our students high quality, and updated technique and style in the Art of Dance. A TOUCH OF DANCE is an active member of DANCE ROCHESTER! and actively participates in all it's performances and activities. The opportunity of audition and performance is always given and encouraged to our students. A Winter Performance is dedicated to a charity. Five Spring Concerts give all levels of our school a professional performance. Guest teachers, Dance Camps, and out-of-town workshops and performances provide our advance students a wide dance background. Summer programs are available for the intermediate through advanced student to continue a strong technical dance foundation and offer special guest teachers. A TOUCH OF DANCE is a High Performance Studio in a Non-Competitive Educational Atmosphere.
