Monday was a great day! We can't wait for classes to start Sept 8th, see you in the studio!

Yesterday, we welcomed Paradigm Dance Project to their new location and to the Rochester Chamber! Paradigm Dance Project is a Rochester dance studio providing instruction for dancers of all ages and abilities. Offering recreational, competitive, and performance opportunities in a variety of dance styles, Paradigm focuses on technical development, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and helping each dancer reach their individual goals.

✨MEET OUR NEWEST FACULTY MEMBER✨

We are so excited to welcome Erin to the Paradigm Dance Project family!

Erin began her training in Minnesota and has continued studying with leading industry professionals across the country, including Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, Inaside Chicago Dance, Minnesota Dance Theatre, and conventions such as NYCDA, JUMP, NUVO, and WCDE.

As a competitive dancer, teacher, and choreographer, Erin has earned numerous awards and recognitions, and her choreography and dancers have consistently achieved top placements and special judges' awards. She also serves as a dance competition adjudicator, working with dancers and studios nationwide.

Beyond dance, Erin is a Registered Nurse and Operating Room nurse on the Neurosurgery team at Mayo Clinic, bringing a unique perspective on proper technique, injury prevention, and healthy movement🩺

We are SO excited to have Erin help our dancers build strong technical foundations, confidence, artistry, and a positive work ethic.

Today we danced our final classes within these walls.

As we kissed these floors and studios goodbye, we weren't just saying farewell to a space—we were honoring the place that helped shape so many incredible dancers, friendships, and families.

Thank you for every class, every rehearsal, every laugh, every happy tear, and every unforgettable moment shared here.
..it's time for the next chapter 🖤✨

Our new dance home is waiting, and we can't wait to fill it with even more memories, milestones, and magic.

Here's to where we've been... and to everything that's still to come.

With over 10 years in the cheer world— including 8 years as a competitive athlete + 5 years of coaching experience- she brings incredible knowledge, energy + passion to every class.

Kylie loves helping athletes build confidence, conquer new skills, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
