THE RULES ARE THE SAME as last time. You have to have an easier spot of skin clear to accept this. Arms, except inner biceps, back, shoulder, leg. No necks, sides, chests, hands, feet or any other difficult spot. You MUST come to me at the fairport location. It MUST be during the week between 11a.m. and 5p.m. to start it. NO ADDING names, leaves or anything else. If these rules dont work for you then you do not qualify to win.
MY INTENTION IS TO PUSH MY QUALITY AND SKILL to a higher level. You will not be charged but I wont turn down a tip.
