Alternative fitness classes for youth, teens and adults are offered year-round, including aerial silks, aerial yoga, bungee fitness, wall running, pole dancing, trapeze, aerial hoop and so much more! Having Specialty Workshops, Team Building, Field Trips and Summer Camps available, there is something for everyone. To help stabilize class attendance and reduce last-minute disruptions, we are updating our current cancellation policy. The following changes will become effective May 15th, 2026!!!

FOR EVERYONE:
•Late cancellation window will increase from 6 hours ➡️ 12 hours

FOR WELLNESS AND UNLIMITED PLAN MEMBERS ONLY:
•Late cancellation & no show fee will increase from $5 ➡️ $10

Why this change?
Late cancellations have been significantly affecting class consistency, instructor planning, and overall studio sustainability. When spots open up at the last minute, it’s very difficult to refill them, which impacts both your experience.
