Alternative fitness classes for youth, teens and adults are offered year-round, including aerial silks, aerial yoga, bungee fitness, wall running, pole dancing, trapeze, aerial hoop and so much more! Our state of the art facility features 13,000 square feet complete with an observation deck, small gym area and several dance, fitness and acrobatic offerings.

From first handstands in the living room to first climbs in the air, fathers are often our biggest supporters, strongest spotters, and loudest cheerleaders.

At Aerial Arts of Rochester, we’re grateful for all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who encourage confidence, courage, and a willingness to try something new.
