The show runs Wed-Sat., Nov 19-22 with a 7:00 pm curtain for all performances. AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT!

McQuaid Jesuit is proud to announce auditions for our Middle School Musical, The Lion King Jr.! Auditions will be on October 7th and 8th at 3:30-5:30, and you only need to come to one of those audition days. Callbacks will be held on Thursday, October 9th at 3:30-5:00.

We are looking for girls grades 6-9 from other schools to come be part of our production! Even if you are currently in another show, we will work around your conflicts!

AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT

TOMORROW AND WEDNESDAY...

McQuaid Jesuit High School is holding AUDITIONS for the cast of its fall drama production of 🎄🕵🏻‍♂️🕵️‍♀️ “A Sherlock Carol”🕵️‍♀️🕵🏻‍♂️🎄, a delightful Christmas comedy.

Auditions will be held in the Fr. Leon Hogenkamp auditorium on the campus of McQuaid Jesuit on Tuesday, September 9th and Wednesday, September 10th at 3:30 pm. You only need to attend ONE audition date.

Rehearsals will start Monday, Sept. 15th and be held typically after school, 3:30-5:15, M-Th, to start, with more days added in as show dates approach. There can be no schedule conflicts the week of performances. The performance dates are Nov 19, 20 21, and 22.
Here is a brief description of this wonderful play:
Moriarty is dead, to begin with. And Sherlock Holmes is a haunted man. But, when a grown-up Tiny Tim asks Holmes to investigate the death of Ebenezer Scrooge, the Great Detective must use his gifts to solve a Dickens of a Christmas mystery! An ensemble of actors take on the beloved characters of Arthur Conan Doyle and Charles Dickens in this heartwarming and highly theatrical holiday treat for all ages!

The cast, crew, pit, and artistic/technical direction of ✨👯‍♀️CHICAGO: Teen Edition👯‍♀️✨ gave “ ‘em the old Razzle Dazzle” and a “show that’s so splendiferous,
Row after row will crow vociferous.” Congratulations to the cast, crew, pit, and artistic/technical directors of this amazing production. Thanks to all who came to see the performances and we look forward to you joining us for the 2025-2026 season.
