We have 2 Season Concert Series performances coming up this month. The Eastman Piano Series presents George Li on 10/14 at 7:30pm in Kilbourn Hall! With works by Schumann, Stravinsky, and Ravel- you don't want to miss this one. Towards the end of the month, the World Music Series is thrilled to present Qwanqwa, the fanstastic Ethiopian music ensemble. This concert is on 10/27 at 7:30pm in Kilbourn Hall. The first Eastman Chorale Concert of the year is Sunday, October 2nd at 3:00pm in Kilbourn Hall. Conductor William Weinert will lead these incredible singers through works by Puts, Schütz, Schumann, Kay, Weir, Goldfeder, Hamlin, and Hogan! What a program and what a way to celebrate Meliora Weekend.

One of the best parts of Meliora Weekend is the annual Brass Cavalcade event which features Eastman's brass ensembles: the Horn Choir, the Trombone Choir, Tuba Mirum, Trumpet Ensemble, and the Brass Guild! Join us in Kilbourn Hall on October 1st at 4:00pm for this spectacular concert.

On September 28th at 7:30pm in Kodak Hall, the Eastman School Symphony Orchestra will present a concert of works by Mozart, Beethoven, and Britten. Under the baton of Maestro Varon and narrated by James VanDenmark, this concert is sure to impress!
