The West Main Gateway Project is a $10 million, community-driven effort to transform the historic corridor between Genesee and Broad Streets into a thriving, walkable, and welcoming gateway to Downtown Rochester.

With funding from the Regional Revitalization Partnership, this initiative offers grants of up to $250,000 for local property owners and small business leaders to improve storefronts, enhance accessibility, and support growing economic opportunities.

Led by OneROC, LaBella Associates, and the Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood Association, this project honors the community's legacy while investing in a more connected and inclusive future.

If you own property or run a business in the West Main Street Corridor, visit westmaingateway.com to learn more and apply.
