How do you measure the heart of our dancers? Watch as they encourage and build each other up. Watch as they take time to help each other, grow with each other, set examples and be vulnerable with each other.

Season 6 is bringing in something fierce, and it’s going to start with these kids here. Are you ready for a new dance season? We sure are!

This past saturday the DMSD family got together for our last Season 5 Family Event, and boy did we make the best of it! Sunshine, lots of laughter, bonding time, rides. We worked hard this year and no better place to celebrate than at an amusement park! Thank you to everyone who could make it! Look forward to doing it again next summer! Thanks for all the memories Season 5!

Season 6 is right around the corner. Who’s ready?

Last week we finished out our third year of Junior Intensive! The week brought in some sore students, some ambitious dancers, and some that were making the most of their summer week (late night sleep overs back to back with intensive, anyone? 😏).

We watched them grow this week. We saw many of them challenge themselves in ways they seasonally wouldn’t. It was absolutely amazing to see how invested our week of students were! Without a doubt it’s going to ripple into the new year as our dancers say goodbye to their last summer being Juniors and Tweens and step into the roll of the future Tween and Teen Level 1 😭

You all make us proud, with your encouragements, supporting spirit, and hunger to be a better student than you were a year before! So excited to usher in season six and congrats to everyone who SURVIVED A WEEK OF IGNITE INTENSIVE!!!!

Happy Monday! As we close July and enter into August, wanted to send some streaming cheer your way. We are getting close to releasing Season 5's dance recital for DMSD+! You will be notified via text, social media, or email! Thank you so much for your patience!

As sad as it is to see the camp end, we say goodbye to another kid camp 😭 We had so much fun playing games, making crafts, and having fun! See you all next summer!
