The Rochester Community Schools Summer Music Theatre (SMT) program will present Frozen, the Broadway musical, with performances July 22-26, 2026.

SMT is available to RCS students in grades 7-12, including 2026 graduates. Auditions are June 16. Be sure to mark your calendars.

Adams High School presents the musical comedy Something Rotten! on March 13-14 and 20-21 at 7 p.m. in the Adams auditorium. Set in the 1590s, Something Rotten! follows two struggling playwright brothers who try to outshine William Shakespeare by creating the world’s first musical. Another Addams Family ancestor turned up before set strike. This is Waldo Dettloff Addams. Among other sightings from history, he was seen performing in a ballet within a show around the time of the Russian revolution. If you look closely, you can see the resemblance of the Princess Anastasia in Morticia Addams.
