We had an absolutely beautiful day for our first team bonding event of the season! Our annual Jonamac Orchard trip is one of my favorite traditions. Scavenger hunt, corn maze, s'mores & lots of fall fun (even though it felt more like summer!) Thank you to everyone who joined us! 🍎🍂🍫

🩵2027 Competition Team Auditions Tonight! 🩰6:00-6:45PM at 5528 S. Center Road Rochelle, IL. A parent meeting will follow from 6:45-7:30PM.
💃🕺Dancers ages 5 and up are invited to join us this evening for a stress free audition class.
This competitive team option gives our Rise Up Dance Center students additional opportunities to perform and to see a different side of the dance industry, and we do not make "cuts" after our audition.
💜Dancers are still welcome to be a part of our team even if they cannot make it this evening. If you are not able to attend, please send us a message.
✨We look forward to dancing with you!

Two weeks ago our dancers did a great job rocking the stage at Nexstar National Talent Competition in Coralville! Everyone looked amazing on stage and we are so proud of them!

I was also so very proud of our dancers for receiving another "Star Studio" award! This award is chosen by the event staff and is given to a studio that is using good sportsmanship and professionalism. We were so honored to be chosen for an award like this for the second time this season! Thank you to all our dancers for representing our program in a positive and impactful way!

We would also like to give a special shoutout to Vaeda, Juliana, Corwyn and Izobell, Autumn & Kahlani and congratulate them on a great season. We are looking forward to seeing you perform all your routines one last time at our showcase next month!

What a whirlwind the past two months have been! It is hard to believe we have our last regional competition of the season this weekend. It is so bittersweet! This is an optional event for our team so only a handful of our routines are performing, but we are so excited to see them on stage again this weekend!

I have posted the full results for Nexstar below. Congrats dancers! We are so proud of you!!

Competition season is in full swing and it is hard to believe we are already halfway through our 2026 events!

Our dancers did an amazing job at our third regional of the year last weekend. This was by far the biggest regional event we have attended with over 850 routines going on two stages over three days with some really tough competition.

Our dancers left it all on the dance floor and we could not be more proud of them! We were also so excited to have two of our alumni Natalie & Lydia come out on Saturday. 💗

Our last full team event starts this Saturday and we are looking forward to another fun weekend with our dance family. Congratulations dancers! We are so proud of you! 🩵💜🤍
