Yesterday, when we opened the doors to our market, we started with prayer.
We prayed for kindness, laughter, and community.
And yesterday, I got to sit back and watch that prayer being answered. 🤍
Was foot traffic slower than I had hoped? Absolutely. It was tax-free weekend, and we were competing with a lot. But as I looked around that room, I saw something else happening.
I saw vendors laughing together. I saw friendships being made. I saw people supporting one another, visiting each other’s booths, helping each other and building a little community right before my eyes.
And y’all… I was honestly in AWE of how beautiful that room looked. 🪴🌸🪴🌸
The time, creativity and effort that went into those booths did not go unnoticed. Every corner I looked at was beautiful. You didn’t just show up and put products on a table—you created an experience.
And I want my vendors to know something……
I see the effort you put in, and I’m going to match it.
I’m going to work hard to get people through those doors. I’m going to keep advertising, promoting, sharing and finding ways to grow this market because when someone drives miles and miles to come shop with us, I don’t want them coming for one booth……I want them walking through those doors and wanting to shop EVERY booth! 🪴🪴🪴
I want people to know that when they come to one of our markets, they’re going to find a room FULL of beautiful, unique vendors worth making the drive for and a market they feel at home and joy at!
Markets aren’t built in a day. Community isn’t built in a day either. But this one is off to a great start!
I sat there listening to the laughter around that room, I realized we’re building something special!
And I’m incredibly thankful for every single vendor who has chosen to build it with me. 🤍. I hope you will stick around because it will be worth it! 🙏🏻
We prayed for kindness, laughter and community……..God gave us exactly that.
Now, let’s keep growing! 🪴🙏🏻🌸🪴🙏🏻🌸
