Huge thank you to Pat over at Blues Angel Music for his wonderful expertise in servicing my beloved 1972 Ampeg VT-40. Total recap, clean up, safety check etc. And it sounds HUGE just like it should.

Our good friend Dan Morrison from CT back in our studio with yet another stellar project! This project included the filming of the session for an upcoming documentary that features the song "The Ballad of Homer Plessy" performed by Sule Greg Wilson. Sule is a past member of the Grammy award winning band "Carolina Chocolate Drops".

"When Did It End?" is the first part of a documentary film series about systemic racism produced by the John Brown Project, a nonprofit media organization.

This musical documentary uses history, music, and the stories of ordinary people who said racism was wrong even when it was the law—people like Ida B. Wells, John Brown, Dave Brubeck, and Homer Plessy, the subject of this song, "The Ballad of Homer Plessy."

Scholars and artists tell the story in plain language, supported by music, interpretive dance, dramatization, folk narrative, and simple infographics.

Too much fun! Lisa Christian back in the studio with the amazing Cathy of the incredible musical duo "Al and Cathy" on flute. As always, "its all analog all of the time" with no AI. Real musicians. Real music. Real talent. And that's what its all about Charlie Brown.
