A huge THANK YOU to our incredible Rhino team for an amazing job at Friday night's Vince Gill concert!

Every event presents its own challenges, and once again our staff proved why they're the best in the business. Your professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience never cease to impress.

👏 A special shout-out to our Gate Staff, who welcomed more than 2,100 guests in just one hour! Your efficiency, positive attitudes, and focus on guest service helped get everyone into the venue safely and quickly.

🚗 To our Parking Team, you were nothing short of amazing. Even while working four team members short, you adjusted on the fly, kept traffic moving, and ensured guests arrived and departed safely. Your resilience and teamwork were truly inspiring.

To every Rhino team member who worked Friday night, thank you for showing what it means to be adaptable, dependable, and committed to excellence. No matter what challenges come our way, you continue to rise to the occasion with professionalism and a "we've got this" attitude.

🦏 What a Night at Billy Strings! 🎶

We couldn't be more proud of our Rhino team at the Berglund Center!

Last night's Billy Strings concert was a true testament to what can be accomplished when everyone works together. Every department stepped up, adapted to changing conditions throughout the night, and remained focused on delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest.

🚙 A huge shout-out to our Parking Team, who worked the entire event five people short and still kept traffic moving while getting guests in and out safely and efficiently. Your hard work did not go unnoticed.

🚕 Rumor has it... 👀 the General Manager from our Liberty account was spotted out in the parking lots with a whistle, a traffic wand, and even jumping in front of a few Ubers to help protect the parking team and keep traffic moving! We're not saying she's trying out for the Roanoke parking crew... but she definitely earned a few bonus points. 😂🚦

👏 To our Stage Crew, thank you for your dedication and professionalism in helping maintain a safe environment behind the scenes.

👏 To our Plaza Team, thank you for handling the crowds and managing the controlled chaos with patience, professionalism, and a smile.

👏 To our Gate Staff, Guest Services, Access Control, Supervisors, and every Rhino team member, thank you for your willingness to adjust on the fly as the event evolved throughout the evening. Your flexibility, teamwork, and commitment are what make events like this successful.

It takes every one of you to make these events happen, and we are incredibly grateful for the pride, professionalism, and heart you bring to each and every event.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Rhino team for an outstanding job at tonight's AEW event at the Berglund Center!

From the moment guests arrived until the final fan left the building, our staff demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. We couldn't be more proud of the effort everyone put in.

👏 A special shout-out to our Parking Team for keeping traffic flowing and helping guests arrive safely and efficiently.

🚪 To our Gate Staff, thank you for getting thousands of fans into the building quickly, safely, and with a smile.

🦏 Behind the Scenes at the Berglund Center! 🦏

A lot of hard work, fresh paint, organization, and teamwork has gone into transforming our office at the Berglund Center into a functional home base for the Rhino team.

From organizing uniforms and equipment to creating an efficient workspace for our supervisors and staff, we're putting the finishing touches on a space that will help us better serve our employees, our partners, and every guest who walks through the doors.

We can't wait for everyone to check it out this Saturday as we kick off our first major event with AEW Collision! 💥🤼

And rumor has it... 👀 the new General Manager for the Berglund Center account will be on-site meeting staff and helping welcome everyone to the Rhino family.

We're excited for what's ahead and can't wait to continue building something special here in Roanoke.
