This post has been particularly hard to write and one that we have put off for months. However, there is no way Exquisite B&B Productions could continue operations this weekend without honoring the man with the crazy idea that started it all, Daryl Blackburn.
On June 10, 2023, Daryl, our loving co-owner (and brother/son) unexpectedly passed away.
It is truly hard to capture Daryl in words. He was a cancer survivor who lived life with a spirit of gratitude and a huge heart. In his 28 years of life, he accomplished so much — starting Exquisite B&B Productions is only a glimpse.
We are so thankful that Daryl came up with this crazy idea and for the many memories his idea has left us with. We also want to thank those who have booked us, supported us, and helped contribute to those memories over the years. We will carry them with us for the rest of our lives.
Daryl was the heart of B&B and will continue to be centered in all that we do as individuals and a company. Though we know things will never be the same, we are so grateful to be able to continue his legacy through Exquisite B&B Productions. If nothing else, we know he will be at every future event in spirit.
