Pow Athletics We Build Champions. From the Brain Out. Youth athletic development + mental performance training for kids in the Inland Empire.

Clinics, leagues, camps, and school partnerships. Welcome to Pow Athletics where we believe that sports have the power to enhance and develop the brains of tomorrow. Our company is dedicated to providing a unique approach to youth athletics, where we prioritize the mental and physical development of our young athletes. At our company, we recognize that athletics are not only about building strength and agility but also about developing the cognitive abilities that are critical to success in all areas of life. We believe that through sports, young athletes can learn important life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership, as well as develop their cognitive abilities including attention, focus, and decision-making. Our programs are designed to provide a holistic approach to youth athletics, combining rigorous physical training with cutting-edge cognitive development techniques. In addition to providing individualized attention, we also offer a range of enrichment programs, group clinics, and mentorship opportunities that are designed to provide our young student-athletes with a comprehensive and well-rounded athletic experience.

🎤 One question for our basketball campers: “What’s one thing you’ve learned this week?”

Better habits. Better skills. Most importantly students believing in themselves a little more everyday.

This is what growth sounds like when kids say it in their own words. Daily drops compounding into real development!

Bigger than sports! Let’s continue to amplify student voices!
