Don’t just watch a pottery demonstration. Learn how to actually throw pottery on the wheel!

We love hearing from our students after class, especially when they share how comfortable and confident they felt trying something completely new.

At Mud Hut Pottery Studio in Riverside, California, we take pride in the quality of our instruction. Our beginner pottery wheel classes are designed for people with absolutely no experience.

You won’t just watch an instructor demonstrate and then be left to figure it out on your own. Our experienced instructors guide you through the entire process, step by step, from centering your clay to shaping your very first piece. We’re right there to answer questions, offer hands-on guidance, and help you along the way.

Whether you’ve always wanted to try pottery, are planning a creative date night, or just want to do something different in Riverside, there’s a seat at the wheel waiting for you.
