Thanks to all of you, the first-ever Riverdale Park Porchfest was beyond anything we could’ve imagined.
To the musicians: Thank you for sharing your talent and passion with our community on each porch, patio, yard and driveway you performed on. We were honored to hear you play and are so grateful you chose us, even though we were brand new to organizing an event like this.
To the house hosts: Thank you for donating your time and space for our community to share their love of live music with one another. You went above and beyond in accommodating our neighbors and we appreciate all you did to prepare your porches.
To our sponsors and contributors: Thank you Jersey Mike's Subs, Manifest Bread and Denizens Brewing Co for generously donating food, coffee, beer, for our house hosts, volunteers and bands. Thank you to Riverdale Park Arts for your support and for coordinating the pre- and post-shows at Town Center Market. And finally to The Town of Riverdale Park: Thank you for your support every step of the way.
To everyone who showed up: Thank you for taking a chance on our first-ever Porchfest. While there’s always room to improve, we were truly blown away by the enthusiasm and encouragement we received this weekend. Your support means everything to us.
With all that said, you can go ahead and save the date: The second annual Riverdale Park Porchfest will be Saturday, June 5, 2027! We already can’t wait.
