MANDATUM – Precision Tone. Pure Authority.

The Mandatum is a premium clean boost designed to elevate your tone without compromise. From pristine transparency to rich, smooth overdrive, it delivers a wide range of musical textures while preserving the natural character of your guitar and amp.

Internally powered at 18 volts via a charge pump (with a standard 9V input), the Mandatum offers exceptional headroom, clarity, and dynamic response. Whether you’re pushing your amp into natural breakup or tightening your signal for articulate lead work, it responds with precision and control.

Simple, intuitive controls keep you focused on playing:

* Gain shapes everything from subtle enhancement to warm overdrive
* Level delivers powerful output control to drive your signal exactly where you need it

The Mandatum’s dual toggle system expands its versatility:

* Boost Switch (3-way)
Center: Off
Down: Single-stage boost for clarity and punch
Up: Dual-stage boost for increased saturation and sustain
* Cleanse Switch (3-way)
Center: Off
Down: Smooth EQ shaping for balanced tone
Up: Enhanced smoothing for a more refined, polished response

The result is a pedal that feels as natural as it sounds—responsive, musical, and inspiring at every setting.

Clean. Driven. Refined. Command your tone with Mandatum.

The Martyr was a one off that included a type one Saturation circuit. Depending on the model, amps that include the Saturation circuit are one of 3 types.

Type 1: A single pot controlled Saturation

Type 2: A single pot with an additional high and low switch that caters to either an upper frequency saturation or a bottom heavy saturation

Type 3: A combination of both Type 1 and 2 with an additional dual/single switch that doubles the circuitry and affects two separate gain stages

Little bit of progress. Channel changing jigga-ma-whatsee is all done and programmed. Tell your dad.

Dumble? Yes! I’ve never had much interest in Dumble circuits. After years of passing up requests for a Dumble style build, I thought I’d study some Dumble topology and adopt some elements into a new design. Here is the beginning phase of that engineering.

Dumb little things like this. I love building guitar amps. It use to be all based on tone. That’s still the main focus, but I really enjoy designing my own ways to do things and having the engineering tools to make specialized parts that I need right here in my shop. Even something as simple as a spacer.
