Back to school is right around the corner! ✏️

Our PPZ residents didn’t wanna miss out on the fun so they wanted to take their very own back to school photos. Their backpacks are stocked, lunches are packed, and they are ready for school- even though they’re gonna miss seeing all of our guest!

Kazoo was a little nervous so mom and dad were close by to support him! The PPZ staff also has a strong feeling Niko is going to spend a lot of time in detention!

Our friends at Plumpton wish everyone a fun school year filled with lots of learning, laughing, and fun! 🧡

These aren't just t-shirts—they're a true collaboration with some of our most talented residents!

Three of our amazing animals lent us a helping hand (or paw!) in creating this special design. On the back of every shirt, you'll find the prints of: Kimba the White Lion, Kazar the Reticulated Giraffe, and Songkhla the Siamang Gibbon!

To close out Zookeeper Appreciation Week we have Sam and Samantha! 🐾

Sam is one of our senior keepers whose experience, dedication, and great sense of humor help keep both our animals and staff thriving. He always knows how to keep everyone laughing, making even the busiest days a little brighter.

Samantha is one of our newest keepers and has jumped into animal care with enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn. Every day, they're expanding their knowledge, building their skills, and providing excellent care for the animals

Thank you, Sam and Samantha, for your hard work, positive attitudes, and everything you do for the animals and the Plumpton Park Zoo family. We appreciate you both! 🧡
