Today will, unfortunately, be Hailey Grey’s last day in the studio for a while. Starting up a veterinary clinic in Milton and finishing up her last year in her bachelor program will be keeping her very busy for the the next year and Vet School following for 4 years after that. Therefore, she will not have the free time to travel and continue piercing here in Ripley for the foreseeable future! She can’t express how grateful she is to have had this experience, met all her amazing clients, and to have been offered this opportunity so long ago from TJ Stanley, who would be so proud to see what she’s doing with her next chapter. The 1863 Tattoo Studio became a home and safe space, but life change so fast in so many ways. The studio will always be a home and she will never be to far to reach, but if you would like to see her before she passes the torch to Kenny please stop by from now til 4pm this evening! Hello everyone 👋 just wanted to let everyone know that Hailey Grey (body piercer) and apprentice piercer Kenny Gunnoe will be in the shop this Saturday (Aug 8 2026)!

Piercings we are wanting him to do more of and that he's capable of doing are followed-

-conch
-tragus
-flat
-helix
-naval
-eyebrow
-cartilage
-lobes
-nostril

All piercings listed above will be 40$ any other piercings not listed that you are willing to let him practice will be 25$ excluding tongue, rook, and daith he's not comfortable with attempting those yet.

Other piercings excluding some oral piercings can also be done by Hailey Grey as well! Of course anyone under 18 years of age must bring a parent whose ID matches the birth certificate of the underage person. So please be sure to bring in a birth certificate as well as ID.

I once again apologize i hate to disappoint but unfortunately i am not feeling better today and fear i may have a stomach virus. i think it is in the best interest of my clients that i take the weekend to recover instead of taking the risk of infecting you guys or anyone else at the studio. I do hope everyone understands and I will do what I can for the next special to make up for my absence.

Kenny Gunnoe will be in today for a couple hours still to try his best and get the people who didn't make it in yesterday. If you are wanting a naval, helix, lobes, cartilage, flat, nose, and possibly an eyebrow done he will be in from 12-3 today to get you taken care of! Please understand he is just one person today and going to do his best to help who he can! The 40$ special is still going on for pricing as well.

Hey Everyone,
My sincerest apologies but we will be pushing our special to tomorrow Sunday June 28th. I have, unfortunately, fallen very ill today and do not want everyone’s experience to be negatively affected due to my inability to perform adequately. Kenny Gunnoe will still be in today and be able to do some piercings he's comfortable with for the people who cannot make it tomorrow! Piercings he's comfortable doing are lobes, nostril, helix, flat, naval, and possibly eyebrow. If you can wait til tomorrow that is preferred but if you can only make it today Kenny will do his best to get you taken care of!

Kenny Gunnoe has taken some time to deliberate after watching me and decided that he will not be performing daith and rook piercings after his graduation and of course we are here to support him in what hes comfortable doing. With that being said this will be that last weekend that rook and daith piercings will be discounted and after this summer they will no longer be offered so if you had hoped to get the rook or daith pierced by me make sure you get in with me this summer!!

I would also like to announce that Kenny has graduated on nostril piercings and earlobe piercings and my hope it to have him graduated on navels, helix/cartilage, flat, conch, and eyebrow this weekend SOOO the first 5 people to come in to get any of those listed will get an additional 10$ off if they allow him to perform!!

We will be in the shop together a few more Saturdays this summer but discounts will be on different piercings announced at a later date to continue the opportunity for Kenny to learn and to keep you guys excited on whats next!

- as I have always been, everything is always on a walk in basis no appointments necessary. first come, first serve.
- this special will be CASH ONLY or cashapp if necessary
- jewelry is always included in my prices
- all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with appropriate documentation (adoption papers, Adult ID, birth certificate of the minor, etc.)
- some piercings are limited to age, please reach out if you are unsure
- i will not longer be piercing infants, if the child cannot tell me they want the piercing i will not be piercing them, consent is key no matter the age
- i will assist with jewelry changes only if i have pierced you in the past
- if you do not proceed with the piercing after the tray is already set up I will unfortunately be charging a 20$ set up fee

Since our last weekend in the shop went so well and Kenny Gunnoe was able to learn so much we have decided to run back the same piercing special this weekend Saturday June 13th!! Hailey Grey in attendance of course!

Surprise, Surprise! Hey guys it’s Hailey Grey and I have a pretty big announcement!!

I have taken on an apprentice, Kenny Gunnoe and this weekend I would love for all of you to help me teach him! I will be running your favorite 40$ piercing special!

We will be in the shop Friday May 29th and Saturday May 30th from noon-4pm!!
