Summer is coming. Life won’t always be how it is right now. Don’t be content with everything but don’t try to change everything either. Don’t live as an apology. Paradoxically, low stomach acid can cause heartburn. One thing to try to resolve heartburn caused by low stomach acid is to drink less (any liquid) with meals. When you do drink, take smaller drinks/sips instead of chugging. Also, overall drink less with meals as too much liquid can dilute stomach acid.

An easy way to easy digestion discomfort is to rub a ball (lacrosse ball, tennis ball, any ball about that size) up and down the arch of your feet. Start with the right foot and then do the left foot. Can be repeated multiple times a day.
