Corrina Leidy is a mixed media artist based in Sorrento, Florida, whose creative journey began in upstate New York and took shape at the Kansas City Art Institute. After years of collaborative work with her sculptor husband—creating everything from artistic cat furniture to fused glass vessels—Corrina returned to her first love: painting and mixed media.

Her bold, expressive style emerged through years of personal exploration and has since earned recognition in exhibits across Florida, the Northeast, and Colorado. With awards and a feature in Studio Visit Magazine, Corrina continues to evolve her artistic voice with every piece she creates.

Laurie transforms her homegrown gourds into one-of-a-kind art pieces, drawing inspiration from the rock art sites of the West, as well as bold abstract and color-blocking designs. Versatile and naturally beautiful, each gourd becomes a canvas for creativity. From soil to sculpture, her work is a celebration of tradition, nature, and artistic evolution.
