For a year (and some change) we’ve been working on a different kind of creation over here, but, I’m back and ready to start creating art again!

With limited time, I’ll only be taking on one commission per month. This hand painted journal features sunflowers but is completely customizable to whatever you might like best! I’m not taking anymore orders for this year, but I’m including one of these hand painted journals in a giveaway that I’m doing with my friends over at and . Just wanted to celebrate this collaboration I got to do with one of my besties ♥️

This is the frame that we put together for my house and I love the memories it holds. One of my dear friends recently moved away. On our last night of seeing each other, she surprised me with a flower and some greenery that she had pressed and dried from my wedding over a year and a half ago. Then Susannah was able to arrange them and frame them for me and I added a verse the means a lot to both Nicholas and I.

One of my favorite parts of doing this business is the memories that I get to preserve, whether that’s in a painting, in a hand lettered hymn, or this collab that I’ve done with my sweet friend Susannah.

If you know anything about me at all, you know I love flowers. I even have a little flower garden in my backyard so I can bring fresh flowers into the house regularly. I was unable to preserve my bridal bouquet, so I’ve always loved the idea of preserving a bouquet (and a special memory) in a painting. This was the first bridal bouquet that I’ve had the opportunity to paint for someone and I’m so happy with how it turned out ♥️

My little studio pup, Moses, sat and watched me the entire time that I was painting this bridal bouquet and even wanted to see it while I was photographing it. He’s just so cute, how could I not include him in it?

I painted this to sell at a fundraiser for my friend Amy. This painting felt a little bit more risky because it’s the first one I’ve completed that wasn’t a commission but I love how it turned out!
