A.C.T. of CT took home three Connecticut Critics Circle Awards last night!

Congratulations to Abigail Sparrow (Outstanding Actress in a Musical for WAITRESS), Shaylen Elizabeth Harger (Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical for WAITRESS), and Camilla Tassi (Outstanding Projections for DEAR EVAN HANSEN)! We also congratulate all of A.C.T. of CT's nominees: Jack Rasmussen (Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical), Tess Marshall (Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical), and Camilla Tassi (Outstanding Projections) - all for Daniel C. Levine's production of ALMOST FAMOUS; as well as John Alejandro Jeffords (Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical), Dalton Hamilton (Outstanding Lighting Design), and Sara Brians (Outstanding Director of a Musical) for our production of WAITRESS. We are incredibly proud of all of the artists who brought these productions to life and grateful to the Connecticut Critics Circle for recognizing their outstanding work.

We are excited to be able to officially announce our 2026-2027 productions! The season will include BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL (October 22 - November 22), AVENUE Q (Feb 4 - March 7), and for our THIRD production of next season (May 20 - June 20)..... Due to licensing restrictions, we are not permitted to reveal the title of this final production until the fall. What we can tell you is this: it is one of the most epic and beloved musicals ever written, a sweeping theatrical masterpiece that changed the face of Broadway. It will be the largest production in A.C.T. of CT history (!!!), and it is a show you will not want to miss. Trust us.
