In-Person Classes (Seasonal) at Clay Potential in Riddle starting September 16th 10am-12noon. Class has 4 people already, so Im creating another class from 1-3pm.
-2 hour sessions
-$45 per class- includes everything needed - clay, firing, instruction, tools and shop glazes. Call or stop by to reserve a space. 541 874 3931
-6 students max
-real clay provided
-students glaze their own work or take home after 1st firing and paint with acrylic paints - for non functional pieces that you dont want high fired.
-kiln firing pieces included within the cost.
-start with a lump of clay and build from scratch
-held in a covered outdoor studio (heated in cooler months)
No molds. No kits. No pre-made pieces.
Just real clay, real tools, find your real creativity.
Pay one month (4 weeks) in advance get $5 off each class - so $45 x 4 classes = $180 - $20 = $160.
Drops in accepted at $45 per class, if there is space.

Clay Potential Pottery – Online & In-Person Classes
For almost 20 years, I’ve been teaching pottery from my shop. Now classes are held in my covered outdoor studio.
Now I’m opening it up both locally and online.
I am working on starting in person clay classes next week for adults and would like some feedback from those wanting to attend. This session is 4 weeks. Wednesday mornings 10am is best for me - before the day gets hot.
What about you? Are you interested? Classes held in patio area. Why 10 am? Because it is going to get warm real quick and I cant tolerate heat.
