Have you seen our new art?

In celebration of Richmond Art Center’s 90th anniversary, two new artworks by local artists Hayley Ferreira and Adrian Delgado welcome visitors at our 25th Street and Barrett Avenue entrances. Part of the "Tomorrow Stories" project, the artworks imagine a hopeful future for Richmond while honoring the city’s history, natural landscape, working-class roots, and families.

A big thank you to Hayley and Adrian for sharing their art with Richmond Art Center and our community!

Join the exhibition’s curators, Roberto Martinez and Amy Spencer, this Saturday for a walkthrough of "One Artist Contributes, Then Another, Then Another", exploring Richmond Art Center’s 90-year history.

The exhibition brings together artwork and archival material that reveal Richmond Art Center’s history of innovative art education and the teaching artists who helped shape it. Alongside these are works by a who’s who of Bay Area artists who have exhibited or taught at Richmond Art Center. Discover unexpected stories, unusual objects, and some wonderfully weird moments from Richmond Art Center’s history.
