🌿 TURNING OBSTACLES INTO OPPORTUNITIES 🌿
Life doesn’t always go the way we planned.

A health challenge.
A change in circumstances.
A disappointment.
A loss.
A season of uncertainty.

We may not be able to change what happens—but we can learn to change how we respond.

This week at Blueprint for Health, we're going to explore the science of reframing and discover how a different perspective can help us build resilience, reduce stress, and find new possibilities when life takes an unexpected turn.

We'll explore questions like:

✨ What story am I telling myself about this situation?
✨ Is there another way to look at it?
✨ What is within my control?
✨ What can I learn from this experience?
✨ What opportunity might be hiding inside this obstacle?
✨ What is my next step forward?

This isn't about pretending life's challenges aren't difficult.

It's about learning to meet those challenges with greater perspective, resilience, hope, and purpose.
