Support from these 8 local businesses helped RVA4CERF+ raise over $15,000 for , to aid artists affected by Hurricane Helene.

Their help has been vital in easing the costs behind our exhibition and auction. They enabled us to have promotional print materials, gallery signage, food and beverages for the reception, supplies for installation, a beautiful space for the exhibition, etc. We truly could not have made this happen without them!

💙✨🫶🙌 And that’s a wrap! Together, we raised $15,281 (!!!!) for . It will all go to help artists impacted by Hurricane Helene, both now and in the future.

Friday night’s reception was incredible, with a large crowd admiring the artwork, placing bids, and even donating just to support CERF+’s inspiring mission. The bidding wars kept things exciting, and the community’s generosity was truly heartwarming.

Huge thanks to the local artists (61 total!), sponsors, bidders, donors, volunteers, and promoters who helped turn RVA4CERF+ from a small idea into a big success.

A painter, woodworker, metalsmith, ceramicist, printmaker, illustrator, fiber artist, paper artist, glass artist, and mixed-media artist walk into a bar…

Not quite—though that would be a GREAT time—but they have come together for an incredible cause!! 🙌

💙 61 Richmond-area artists have generously donated their work to benefit (Craft Emergency Relief Fund).

The impact of Hurricane Helene is incomprehensible, and after three months there is still so much to do. 100% of proceeds from our auction will go to CERF+, to support artists affected by Hurricane Helene. This will cover the emergency relief applications still coming in and the extended revitalization of the area with new programming.

RVA4CERF+ invites art lovers and collectors nationwide to bid on 60+ stunning artworks, and make a difference through this meaningful cause.
