A year in the making.

Artists Richard Harding and Ginny Loving have spent the past year planning this exhibition—a collaboration that brings together porcelain, thread and textiles in a world inspired by nature.

Look up and below. There are clouds overhead, life from the deep ocean, and creatures drawn from both nature and the imagination. Along the way, you may discover something you didn't know about the natural world.

Join us Friday, August 28, from 6–8 p.m. for the opening reception. Meet Ginny and Richard, explore the exhibition, and see what they've created together.

On view through September 19 at Art Works.

📍 320 Hull Street, Richmond

We’re kicking off Pride a little early at Art Works. 🌈

This Friday, six exhibitions come together under one roof—including work that artists have spent more than a year creating.

Step into an immersive installation. Explore art about q***r identity, nature and connection. See surreal sci-fi, porcelain and twine sculpture, bold pop art with a street-art edge, painting, photography and more.

And the art isn’t the only performance of the night—Richmond drag artist Beau Tox joins us for a special performance.

Come ready to explore. There’s something completely different around every corner.

Five exhibits are wrapping up this week! If you haven’t seen them yet, now’s the time.

Stop by Art Works before Sunday, August 23 and spend some time with the work of T. Parker, Justin White, Heather McCoy, and Mandy Powell—plus our July All Media Show.

And while you’re in Manchester, make a day of it. Have lunch at the new Otto on Hull Street or one of the many restaurants nearby.

Bringing the kids? Ask us for a gallery scavenger hunt. It’s a fun way to explore the artwork—and yes, adults can play too!

Come see these shows before they’re gone.
