Our RVA Awards Show Ceremony, is an annual fundraiser to celebrate and honor not the 'best', but the most deserving professionals who have helped to create the educational, economic, and social structures in the minority areas of Richmond Virginia.

During the awards ceremony, we celebrate participants (Top3 Nominees, Winners, and Honorees) who serve within Music, Media, and Community Leadership industries.

Our mission is to increase self-determination, productivity, and profitability, within minority and low-income communities here in Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas; "The RVA Awards Show" is just one of the ways we accomplish this mission.

As the Founder of Business Now, Inc., a growing conglomerate and business incubator specializing in providing a diverse range of life and career products, programs, and services, I take great pride in our role as the parent company to numerous subsidiaries. We offer comprehensive support to both new and existing businesses across a spectrum of developmental, operational, and managerial aspects.

Our overarching objective is to expand this corporate group beyond state and national borders and venture into the international arena over the next 15 years. As we strategically reshape our foundation in Virginia, we are concurrently engaged in laying the groundwork for extending our corporate service-chain structure worldwide.
