Many thanks for all your good wishes yesterday. Surprisingly, 86 doesn't feel any different than 85.

I am an 85-year-old Tuba/Euph player, still trying to regain embouchure strength after the COVID layoff. I don't have the energy to play for more than 30 minutes at a time. One page of music is uncomfortable enough for me to take a break.

Range is not an issue, just stamina.

Looking for suggestions, as I'm not ready to give up just yet.
