Adam Turck , RVA actor, activist and ally was tragically killed while attempting to help someone in trouble. The RVA Theatre community is in deep pain and grief. He was an extraordinary human being and incredible artist. Although he never was featured in a TCP production, project or work shop, he was a huge fan of the work and we had many conversations about him stepping into the work in the near future or whenever the next opportunity presented itself. Alas, we are heartbroken 💔 that he will not be able to take on another project in the physical world again but we know that his spirit and passion for social justice and social change will live on forever. RIP Adam, our community Superman. 🙏🏽💔🙏🏽

The work continues! The Conciliation Project is committed to working together to provide opportunities for bringing people together in open and honest dialogue about race, racism and systems of oppression that continue to undermine our ability to reconcile our past with our present realities. We work together to break down the barriers that keep us separated and fighting against one another instead of fighting against the systems designed to keep us distracted and divided! We work closely in common-unity with institutions, organizations, corporations and NGOs. Join us!
